I am Ross, I established Dunlop Gas & Boiler Services in November 2017 after 20 years working in the plumbing and heating industry. I wanted to take the experience I had built up over the years and put it into creating a business of my own, built around quality workmanship, reliability and safety.

Do you do LPG, Renewables (Air Source Heat Pumps) or Oil?
No, we specialise in Natural Gas (Mains Gas) appliances.
Why should I pay to get my heating system flushed it is an optional?
If we discover that the heating system needs flused then we wil always provide evidence to support our finding. Any manufacturer that is called out under warranty such as Worcester, Bosch, Ideal, Baxi or Vokera will test a sample of water. If the system water does not meet their requirements then the manufacturers warranty will be void.
Can I pay my boiler in instalments?
We accept clearpay payments and ask that all customers who wish to pay via clearpay downloads the app ready for us to accept payment. All clearpay payments must be taken prior to our work being carried out.
What does my warranty for my new boiler cover?
Your warranty that comes with any new boiler is issued by the manufacturer and not Dunlop Gas & Boiler Services. The duration of the warranty is determined by what boiler you choose Eg: an Ideal Vogue Max has 12 years manufacturers warranty. This covers parts & labour by the manufacturer.
Why do I need to get my boiler serviced if it is only a couple of years old?
All boiler manufacturers warranties require an annual service to be carried out on the boiler to maintain the manufacturers' warranty.
